To help combat the threat of drought and water shortage in Seville, the project engages new ways of passively collecting water for sustainable architecture and living. The design of the vegetarian tapas restaurant pushes for self-sufficiency, harvesting and irrigating water from its ceramic surfaces to feed crops grown on site, and aiming to set an environmental example for the city - green living rooted in ancient tradition.
